Job description:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding, and exit interviews.

  • Manage HR systems, employee records, and ensure data accuracy and statutory compliance.

  • Administer payroll, attendance, and employee leave records accurately and timely.

  • Process foreign worker matters including WP, SP, EP, visas, insurance, bonds, accommodation, home leave, and repatriation in compliance with MOM regulations.

  • Prepare and manage employment documentation such as contracts, appointment, promotion, transfer, disciplinary, and termination letters.

  • Administer company insurance, licenses, and medical/dental insurance claims.

  • Handle employee relations issues including grievances, counselling, and disciplinary actions.
