Roles and Responsibilities Support the administration and coordination of training activities, including course registration, scheduling, logistics and maintenance of training records. Manage training grants and programmes, including application submission, documentation and payment processing. Liaise with department coordinators and staff on training nominations and requests and assist in monitoring training budgets and attendance. Register mandatory courses (e.g. CSOC, bizSAFE) and track completion status. Assist with CoreTrade renewal for worker and supervisor levels. Provide administrative support for training and development initiatives, including identifying suitable courses based on approved training requests. Assist in processing and coordinating Work Pass renewals (via MOM WPOL) for foreign workers, including document preparation and submission support.
