We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Coordinator to support and manage core HR functions for a large workforce.

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience handling HR operations for organizations with more than 1,000 employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee final settlement processes
  • Handle leave management and tracking
  • Oversee attendance management systems
  • Support payroll processing and coordination
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance
  • Coordinate HR activities with internal departments

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in large organizations (1,000+ employees).

Strong knowledge of:

  • Final settlements
  • Leave and attendance management
  • Payroll support
