Job Description

  • Handle full spectrum of HR function.
  • Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign worker passes.
  • To assist in recruitment which includes job posting, schedule interviews.
  • Prepare all employment-related documents, e.g. employment contact, letter etc.
  • On-boarding/ Off-boarding formalities staff orientation.
  • Design, formulate and manage staff appraisal system.
  • Organize corporate events.
  • Review and update HR Policies.
  • Processing of Government Bodies claim such as Maternity claims, Childcare leave claims, NSmen claims and statutory claims.
  • Preparation and filling of IR8A and IR21.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned.
  • Responsible for employee recruitment, induction, training, personnel transfer, resignation and other procedures, and establish personnel files.
