Job Description
Oversee and process payroll for all employees in a timely manner, including the computation of salaries, allowances, and deductions, as well as wage processing, statutory submissions, and annual/ad hoc tax filings.
Manage employee claims and liaise with relevant government authorities (e.g., levy waivers and related matters).
Support both employees and management by developing, planning, and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and guidelines across the full HR spectrum.
Analyse manpower allocation, visa quotas, and employee satisfaction to optimise workforce planning.
Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Coordinate and manage the repatriation of work permit holders.
Prepare regular and ad hoc payroll and costing reports for management and employees.
Drive continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and policies.
