 Performs employee data management and administration

 Provides management reports

Specific Responsibilities   

 

Data Management and Reporting

 Leads the continuous evaluation and evolution of HR Systems including but not limited to creation, update and deletion (HRIS, HRMS, Kudos, Workday, APAC)

 Handles confidential information in view of HRIS data management in Workday.

 Supports all HR systems (needs analysis, research, design, testing, quality control, deployment, training, and administration) and human resources end users in the use of HRIS applications and desktop tools (document management systems and software)

 Identify and evaluate initiatives and points of improvements in carrying data management
