Job Description:

. HR Accommodation: Assist in handling New leasing, lease renewals, unit handovers upon expiry, and sourcing of new rental units for workers' accommodations

. Work Pass: Apply, renew, and cancel work passes via relevant government portals (partial handling based on projects basis)

. Recruitment: Support for job fairs and employee engagement activities (partial involvement) - Not Frequent

. HR Administration: Other administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

. Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

. 1-2 years of relevant HR experience

. Familiarity with Singapore's Employment Act and MOM regulations.

. Proficient in MS Offices

. Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

. Good communication and organizational skills.
