Responsibilities:
Assist the HR Manager to oversee the Administrative and HR Department & managing the full spectrum of HR and Administrative duties.
Assist in payroll-related matters.
Assist the manpower recruitment cycle.
Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass application, renewal, cancellation, and issuance.
Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding.
Coordinate with the HOD on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation, and all HR-related matters.
Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files.
Administer training-related matters including coordination or enrolment of the course, update & maintain training records, etc.
Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters.
