Responsibilities

  1. In charge of recruitment, onboarding, interview, calling of candidate, prepare LOA.
  2. In charge of pre-employment checkup, Industrial hazardous substance checkup
  3. In charge of work pass registration and renewal. Check and update MOM requirements.
  4. In charge of staff details update, off boarding
  5. In charge of checking payroll, recording overtime, manage leave application, manage Insurances and medical claims
  6. Arrange for staff training
