We are looking for an “ HR Talent & Organization Development Apprentice” within our Global R&D Division. Position based in Meru .

You will be part of a dynamic, passionate, and supportive Central HR Team. Great opportunity to learn and grow in a challenging international environment.

You will be supporting us in building & driving our Global Division Talent & Organization Development Vision and Roadmap.

Your role and responsibilities :

  • Support & follow up our People Processes and Campaigns (Performance Reviews, People Review, Expert Roadmap, Talent initiatives …),
