HR Intern (12 months) Strategic Support
  • Collaborate with the P&C leaders on the execution of HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Support change management initiatives and contribute to the development of HR projects and programs.
Employee Experience
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, promoting a positive employee experience and supporting employee well‑being initiatives.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and support action plans based on employee feedback and pulse surveys.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Support recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams.
  • Contribute to the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a positive and seamless entry into the organization.
