Job Description
Drive the HR function on-site at Randstad Canada in Stratford, ON, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle in a manufacturing environment. You will engage with employees and management while ensuring compliance and effective labor relations.
As HR Manager, you will lead recruitment, manage labor relations, and coach the leadership team. This role requires a hands-on approach, directly engaging with employees on the production floor. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background and thrive under pressure in a high-intensity workplace.
