Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management Business Administration or related field
  • With a year of experience in training & Development is an advantage
  • With strong interest in leadership, training, and organizational development
  • Good communication presentation and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, powerpoint)
  • Willing to learn proactive and detail - oriented
