Spin Master is a leading global children's entertainment company that creates exceptional play experiences across Toys, Entertainment and Digital Games. This fixed‑term role (12 months) covers a maternity leave for a UK site of approximately 75 employees. The position is fully hybrid with 4 onsite days per week.
Responsibilities
- Act as the sole HR lead for the UK site, managing all day‑to‑day HR activities and supporting the full employee lifecycle.
- Lead and manage all employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance and absence management, and employee exits, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
- Provide coaching and advice to site leaders on people management, employee engagement and challenging situations.
- Own HR data management within Workday, maintaining accuracy across all lifecycle events and supporting system‑related queries.
