HR Manager – Chile

As HR Manager – Chile, you will take end‑to‑end ownership of all HR subsystems across the complete employee lifecycle. This hands‑on leadership role combines operational execution with strategic HR partnership and focuses exclusively on the Chile market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and actively manage all HR subsystems—including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Training & Development, Organizational Development, Change Management, HR Systems (HCM), and Labor Relations—across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Lead strategic talent management processes, including Talent Reviews, high‑potential identification, potential assessments, succession planning, and organizational talent risk evaluation, to ensure leadership continuity and workforce readiness.
