  • Supervise and support HR Staff in recruitment, employee relations, training, and development.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring an excellent candidate and new hire experience.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
  • Oversee payroll and timekeeping processes in coordination with Accounting/Finance.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with business goals.
  • Administer the performance management system and provide guidance to department heads on employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations (e.g., DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and company policies.
