Core Functions

  • Manage and ensure the effective implementation of Compensation and Benefits programs in alignment with internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Supervise payroll and timekeeping operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with labor and tax regulations.
  • Oversee general HR operations, ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, and employee support services.
  • Lead and develop the HR operations team by providing direction, coaching, and performance oversight to promote service excellence and continuous improvement.
