Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling multiple associates (Approximate headcount 150+) Onboarding and Separation of associates Induction and employee engagement of associates in liaison with Operations
- Responsible for preparing & presenting root cause analysis reports for escalation raised by AM or associates to the business
- Facilitate payroll and attendance along with respective SPOC within teams
- Coordinate recruitment as per client requirement and SOW
- Generate Offer Letter Requests (OLR) and ensure the smooth and timely release of the offer letter
- Ensure associate is deployed as per client schedules with appropriate documentation updating software as per company guidelines
- Facilitate employment contract renewals for associates
- Ensure the smooth and timely handover of invoice to clients as per defined client & business guidelines
