This role requires strong coordination skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently while ensuring a smooth employee experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage employee benefits administration, including:
SIM issuance and record maintenance
Fuel card additions, deletions, and updates on the portal
Flexi benefits enrollment and tracking
Coordination and handling of IPD and OPD insurance processes
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely processing of benefits
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across systems
Support the employee offboarding process, including documentation, system updates, and clearance coordination
