Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR ProgramHead to lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource operations for a licensed security manpower company in Singapore.

The candidate will oversee workforce planning, recruitment strategy, manpower deployment coordination, HR compliance, employee relations, training administration, and operational HR transformation initiatives for large-scale security operations.
