Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Program Head to lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource operations for a licensed security manpower company in Singapore.

The candidate will oversee workforce planning, recruitment strategy, manpower deployment coordination, HR compliance, employee relations, training administration, and operational HR transformation initiatives for large-scale security operations.

This role requires strong leadership capabilities, deep understanding of Singapore security industry regulations, and extensive experience managing high‑volume manpower environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Leadership

  • Lead the overall HR strategy and manpower planning for the organization.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and workforce governance frameworks.
  • Support management in business expansion planning and manpower scalability.
