Job Description (JD)

  • Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate salary calculation and timely payment to employees.
  • Handle statutory submissions and ensure compliance with government regulations, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, overtime claims, and maintain HR records.
  • Prepare and update employee documentation, reports, and personnel files.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and other HR administrative activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding HR-related matters and employee inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
