Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of HCM systems, including Workday HCM (preferred), with responsibility for system configuration, customization, and server deployments.
  • Lead HCM Administration, ensuring smooth operation, performance, and stability of the platform.
  • Lead Solutions Design, working closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and implement tailored solutions.
  • Manage system integrations with third‑party applications and platforms, ensuring data flow is seamless and efficient.
  • Coordinate server deployments and related activities, ensuring that all deployments are executed on time, within scope, and with minimal disruptions.
  • Collaborate across various teams (HR, IT, Development, and business operations) to define technical requirements and scope for new system capabilities.
