- Should have basic knowledge on SAP SuccessFactors.
- Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors Employee central.
- Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirement and standard SuccessFactors solution.
- Hands on all the data models and excellent knowledge of xml.
- System configuration in accordance with solution design & configuration workbook/Business Blueprint.
- Help Client understand alternatives for System configuration and design.
- Defining Company structure, Data models, Business Rules, Permission Management.
- Experience in integrating SAP EC with HRIS & payroll systems.
- Strong Learning ability- Agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environment. ...
