  • Should have basic knowledge on SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors Employee central.
  • Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirement and standard SuccessFactors solution.
  • Hands on all the data models and excellent knowledge of xml.
  • System configuration in accordance with solution design & configuration workbook/Business Blueprint.
  • Help Client understand alternatives for System configuration and design.
  • Defining Company structure, Data models, Business Rules, Permission Management.
  • Experience in integrating SAP EC with HRIS & payroll systems.
  • Strong Learning ability- Agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environment.
