Cebu Summa Water Lapu-Lapu, Inc. (CSWLL) is a forward-thinking water solutions company formed through a Joint Venture in 2019 with the City of Lapu-Lapu. Focused on addressing the city’s growing demand for clean and reliable water, CSWLL is responsible for developing and operating a Desalinated Water Supply and Distribution Project. Utilizing large-scale Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) technology, the company aims to supply up to 60 million liters of desalinated water per day.
