Job Description

Role: The HRTS Analyst will support the HRTS team by supporting technical solutions for Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. The analyst will also support the testing of integrations, configuration, and technology assistance with HCM systems in a global shared service environment. Based on business needs and individual skillsets, the role may also support automation-related initiatives, including assisting with robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that complement existing HR systems and end‑user support models.

  • Assists the HRTS Supervisor with implementations and process improvements.
  • Supports HRTS projects which include analysis, design, implementation, testing, training, documentation, and ongoing support.
