Role Overview

Build and scale Argentina as a strategic global hub for /slantis, while contributing senior strategic perspective to overall leadership. Own excellence of the Buenos Aires operation and shape how /slantis grows and operates locally—combining operations, people leadership, talent development, and brand positioning in a hands‑on, system‑building role.

Scope & Ownership

• Argentina hub operations, stability, and scalability
• Onsite people leadership & culture (office parent)
• Talent attraction, development, and acceleration
• Leadership development (managers & seniors)
• Training systems & ramp‑up reduction
• Employer branding, PR, and market positioning
• Coordination with Uruguay & global teams
• Scaling Argentina within the /slantis ecosystem
