Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR functions, such as recruitment & selection, pass application, HR date update, training, HR Audit, performance appraisal etc
  • Require to identify and execute effective recruitment strategies & HR initiatives, contribute to staff training & development, etc
  • Be a business partner to employee and line managers, such as information sharing, staff motivation, etc.
  • Responsible for managing and verifying staff attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to attendance, collaborating with relevant departments as needed.
  • Communicate attendance policies and procedures to employees
  • Prepare reports in Chinese as required
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements:
