Job Description

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, preferably Business Administration or Psychology graduate.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in supervisory capacity in HR.
  • High degree of initiative and sense of responsibility.
  • Strong personality to form effective working relationship with people at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge in general affairs admin services, HR Labor relation, Payroll and employees benefits.
  • Knowledge in processing documentation within SBMA.
  • Strong communication, public relations and interpersonal skills.
