Responsibilities
- Facilitate the talent acquisition of management/non‑management positions for Pioneer Co‑op.
- Facilitate on‑boarding and integration for both team members and team leaders in new team member situations and with respect to talent‑management practices so roles and responsibilities are clearly understood.
- Assist HR Manager, Managers and Supervisors in situations specific to the Collective Agreement/ Labour Law, including interpretation of the Collective Agreement, Employment Act and Pioneer Co‑op Policies.
- Generate reports and provide interpretations for the HR Manager and Senior Leadership Team.
- Coordinate and assist HR Manager and the Senior Leadership Team in all aspects of training, development and succession planning for Pioneer Co‑op.
- Provide coaching and support to team leaders and team members on all aspects of talent‑management practices (goal setting, performance coaching, development coaching, etc.)...
