Established HR Technology professional assembles, reviews, and analyzes HR Technology requirements. Conducts analysis and participates in audits and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages components of HR Technology strategy for an assigned initiative, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Understands, interprets and explains program operations and addresses questions from employees, other HR professionals.
  • Compiles and conducts analysis of current HR Technology and makes recommendations for improvement
  • Manages, analyzes, and maintains data associated with HR Technology program delivery and cost.
  • Addresses questions from employees and other HR professionals using tools or resources to resolve issues, partnering with applicable vendors or HR specialists when necessary.
