Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with HR analytics for employee feedback and etc.
  • Design posters and visual materials for company events.
  • Maintain and update training records for all employees.
  • Support HR projects (e.g., onboarding, audits, etc.).
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for HR and organizational activities.
  • Participate in company event preparation.
  • Maintain and update HR database records.
  • Handle and/or escalate HR, administrative, or organizational requests and queries.
  • Collate and compile nominations, surveys, and feedback results.
  • Assist in recruitment related activities, eg. schedule and coordinate interview sessions, participate in career talk/fair
  • Coordinate HR-related activities with vendors/service providers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the company supervisor or mentor.
