Envertiz Consultancy is looking for a proactive and organised HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations. The candidate will assist in recruitment activities, employee engagement initiatives, and overall employee welfare, ensuring smooth HR processes within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment — job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling & candidate coordination
- Support employee onboarding and maintain accurate HR documentation
- Organise employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives
- Maintain employee records and support attendance tracking
- Address employee queries and provide day-to-day HR administrative support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin or related field (preferred)
- Min. 1 year in core HR functions
- Basic knowledge of recruitment & HR practices
