Position: Asst Manager HR – Factory Operations Experience: 3–4 Years Qualificatio n: PG Degree in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations (Law preferre d) Langua ge: Fluency in Tamil prefer red Key Responsibilit ies:Manage day-to-day factory HR operations and employee relati ons.Handle union interactions, grievance resolution, and support industrial relations activit ies.Execute recruitment, manpower planning, and onboarding initiati ves.Coordinate training and development programs based on organizational ne eds.Support implementation of HR policies, compliance, disciplinary processes, and standing ord ers.Maintain HR records, training databases, and employee engagement initiati ves.Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective workforce managem ent.
