Q-EQ is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support employee engagement, strengthen employee relations, and partner with the business to drive impactful HR initiatives

What You’ll Do

  • Lead employee engagement programs and initiatives
  • Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
  • Handle employee concerns, disciplinary processes, and labor-related matters
  • Manage onboarding, exit processes, and overall employee lifecycle activities
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and company policies
  • Prepare and deliver HR reports (headcount, attrition, regulatory requirements)
  • Support continuous improvement of HR processes and programs
