A global retail organization is seeking an experienced and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner to support retail operations across Ontario. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment and enjoys partnering closely with operational leaders to drive employee engagement, performance, and compliance.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to store leadership teams, supporting a broad range of HR functions including employee relations, investigations, performance management, workforce planning, onboarding, and policy implementation.
