HR Operations & Payroll
• End to end employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit)
• Payroll input validation and coordination for PF, ESI, and PT


Labour Law & Statutory Compliance
• Compliance with Factories Act and TN Shops & Establishments Act
• Maintenance of statutory registers, filings, and records
• Support during inspections, audits, and government authority visits


Contract Labour & Industrial Relations
• CLRA compliance as Principal Employer
• Contractor licensing, wage registers, manpower documentation
• Grievance handling, misconduct investigations, and disciplinary actions


 Administration, Facilities & SEZ HR
• Site administration: canteen, transport, access control, ID management
• Vendor and facilities coordination
• SEZ manpower reporting and inspection support from HR p...
