Role Summary
- What this role really is: An operations-first HR seat, NOT an HRBP or strategy-heavy role.
- Best fit if someone is strong at execution, follow-through, document accuracy, and day-to-day coordination across employees, recruiting, vendors, and outside counsel.
- The candidate MUST be local to Raleigh area.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate offer letters and pre-joining paperwork.
- Manage joining formalities, new-hire documentation, onboarding checklists, and induction scheduling.
- Partner with recruiting and hiring teams so new hires are ready on time.
- Coordinate local office vendors, facilities requests, supplies, and office-services follow-through.
