Role Summary

  • Best fit if someone is strong at execution, follow-through, document accuracy, and day-to-day coordination across employees, recruiting, vendors, and outside counsel.

Core Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate offer letters and pre-joining paperwork.
  • Manage joining formalities, new-hire documentation, onboarding checklists, and induction scheduling.
  • Partner with recruiting and hiring teams so new hires are ready on time.
