Job Responsibilities

  • Process of monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR8A/IR21 tax filing, and payroll reporting
  • Apply, issue, and renew work passes (WP / S Pass / EP) via WPOL / EPOL and monitor expiry dates
  • Manage full recruitment cycle — job posting, agent liaison, interviews, and hiring
  • In-charge of onboarding, staff orientation, offboarding, exit interviews, and clearance
  • Administer leave, attendance, timesheets, OT records, and claims processing
  • File and manage WICA claims, group hospitalisation and PA insurance claims, and liaise with insurers
  • Maintain employee personal files, update HR system, and prepare employment contracts
  • Prepare HR letters — appointment, confirmation, increment, promotion, warning, termination, transfer, etc.
  • Track Coretrade and CSOC certification expiry, arrange renewals, and register workers for training programmes
