Job Summary

The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst II is responsible for maintaining the integrity, reliability, and effectiveness of the organization’s Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. This role ensures HR systems and applications meet operational needs, compliance requirements, and strategic objectives. The analyst serves as a subject‑matter expert for multiple HCM modules and plays a key role in system enhancements, integrations, and user adoption.
