Job Summary:

  • Policy formulation, communication and implementation of policy.
  • Implements process flow of all departments even at Site.
  • Lines up various programs encompassing all facets to recruitment,
    compensation benefits, HR Infor System, Performance review, trainings
    and organizational development.
  • Oversees HR day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years as managerial Position, with at least ten (10) years in HR related positions.
