Our client is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to elevate HR functions within their manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for coaching a dynamic HR team, enhancing employee morale, and managing labor relations. This position requires collaboration with corporate HR to implement effectiveness in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
