Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Digital HR to manage and enhance HR digital operations. The role involves handling HRIS systems, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management, and driving adoption of HR digital platforms across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update employee master data in HRMS/HRIS with high accuracy Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, transfers, promotions, confirmations, separations, etc.) Ensure timely and accurate system updates across HR platforms Manage role-based access controls and workflow approvals Resolve employee and manager queries related to HR systems and processes Handle HRIS tickets and system issues within defined SLAs Coordinate with IT teams and vendors for technical issue resolution Provide ongoing user support for HR digital platforms Drive awareness, adoption, and effective utilization of HR tools including: HRIS LMS Rewards & Recognition platforms...
