- Dealing with visitors, Govt officials and surrounding village people
- Security Management
- Preparation of MIS reports
- Transfers, loans, issuing the promotion letters
- Disciplinary actions as per the ID act/policies
- Implementation of EHS
- Effectively implementation of company policies

- Adaptable and flexible for new environment
- Dedicated with abilities in acquiring knowledge to be put to use in an effective way
- Ability to work on the HR software
