Human Resources Manager

Purpose of the role:

In this role you are responsible for all HR activities, being actively involved in employee relations, majority working in the Barcelona Office. In addition to that, you will be expected to ensure the healthy delivery and good governance of the HR operations, particularly in Barcelona and Madrid Office. While providing quality and satisfactory solutions for all HR management needs, you will be expected to lead as well some of the process improvement projects, in alignment with Bunge’s global and regional HR strategy.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
