Position: HR Administration/ Senior Delivery Manager — HR Operation 8–12 years Service delivery management across multiple process towers • Accountable for end-to-end HR Admin service delivery across multiple geographies/markets • Own P&L accountability for HR Admin tower — headcount, attrition, cost per transaction • Drive transformation initiatives — automation, AI deployment, process re-engineering • Manage Client stakeholder relationships at HR Director / VP level • Lead quarterly business reviews and governance forums • Partner with Client Global Process Owners on process design and SLA frameworks • Develop and execute talent strategy for the HR Admin tower Key Skills • Proven people management experience (managing managers) • Strong Workday HCM and ServiceNow HRSD functional knowledge • Client-facing communication and stakeholder mana...
