Job Description

  • Oversee the full employee life cycle — from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding — ensuring a smooth and thoughtful experience for every team member
  • Handle HR administrative tasks such as drafting contracts, preparing documentation, and maintaining organized employee records
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to assess staffing needs and facilitate the end-to-end talent acquisition process
  • Coordinate and help implement regular employee performance evaluations, including scheduling, tracking, and documentation
  • Take initiative in proposing and implementing improvements in HR systems and workflows to support a growing team
  • Plan and support employee engagement activities and culture-building efforts, as needed
