We are partnering with a highly respected not-for-profit professional services organisation with a strong global presence. They are seeking a meticulous and reliable HR Operations Specialist/Associate (circa SGD$60k annual base) to join their lean and efficient HR team in Singapore.
This is a foundational 'backbone' role ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional who takes genuine pride in delivering accurate, consistent and seamless HR administration. As the sole HR operations professional for the Singapore workforce, you will have full ownership for keeping processes smooth and compliant.
The Role
- End-to-End HR Administration: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, work visa management, employee records management, and offboarding, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
