HVAC Construction Planner

Summary
We are a U.S.-based commercial HVAC contractor looking for a detail-oriented Construction Planner to turn drawings, schedules, quotes, and submittals into clear, execution-ready installation plans.
Your role is to organize all project information into a structured plan that a foreman can follow without re-reading the full drawing set. This is a planning and coordination role — not engineering design and not client-facing project management.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Review HVAC drawings, equipment schedules, submittals, vendor quotes, and GC schedules
- Extract all relevant installation requirements and organize them into templates
- Create a clear, logically sequenced installation plan for each project
- Break the project into milestones with:
a) Scope description
b) Start and finish dates (based on GC schedule)
c) Total labor hours required (provided by our estimate)
d) Required equipment and materials for each milestone
