- Carry out installation, testing, overhauling compressors and troubleshooting / servicing of air‑conditioning and refrigeration units and other duties assigned by your superiors
- Carry out your work assignments either independently or with a group of workmen locally and/or overseas
- Update daily Progress Tracking Report to provide the company with job completion status
- Co‑ordinate the work activities of the team to ensure completion of tasks within the given timeline
- Complete various daily job and closure reports
- Prepare survey/inspection reports
- Estimate labour and materials for a given RHVAC
- Communicate proactively with client/crew on technical issues, solutions and recommendations
- Coach junior team members to enhance their skills level
- Comply with Safety, Health and Environmental standards at all times
